Factoid:
Under the Law the Tithe was Mandatory (Obligatory). The Law of Moses required tithing. Israelites gave 10% annually to the Levites, 10% annually on feasts for worship, and 10% every third year for the Levites and poor. They gave about 23 1/3% annually.
